Worked out the scenery library problem that was to do with the new XML way of handling scenery now with P3d v4. Moved NY airport package to the very top yet still the problem persists.

I just have the NY airport package, I've moved it up as far as I can get it in the scenery library however there is other add on airports that are above it in the library that I can't move or do anything with as they seem to be none movable or permantly in place. Hello, I have V2.4 installed for KJFK and KLGA, I'm running these along with orbx world and vector, KJFK Work fantastic however KLGA is having default scenery leaking through i.e. road traffic running along the apron.
