Any update on the ghost potholes? No O4XP tile in the KORD area and runway follows terrain contours is unticked.

I am doing the same thing I did with the other pack. However, the only different thing is that with this pack (JFK, LGA) there are two files in the install folder. (see pic) Other than that the install is exactly the same as every other. I have not changed anything since my last scenery installation...
