I just downloaded the update to Washington DC and am just a little confused by the contents of the XP INSTALLER. I understand the photoreal files and assume the one you select goes into the Layer 2 file. However, where should I put the earth_nav11.txt and the user_nav.dat files? I didn't see anythin...
