I'm afraid this is the question to FSDT why GSX is not able to find our AFCAD in your case. It should be found without any problem.
As far as I remember from the past such problems could have been fixed by removing the %PROGRAMDATA%\Virtuali\Couatl folder and letting GSX regenerate the cache.

I'm afraid we do not support FSX any more. The best compatibility you will get with our KSEA. In your case it might be the question of layering - how they are positioned versus each other in the scenery library? Do you have FSX or FSX Steam? Do you have any ORBX products for this region as well? Other airport/mesh products for that area?

Guys, we released Chicago Landmarks MSFS before the release of MSFS version for Xbox. I'm afraid we have not tested/adapted Chicago as Xbox version yet. As soon as we release new updated version, it will be adapted to Xbox, similarly as UUEE and EPKK are.

If you refresh the scenery, trees are still in the air?Everything was ok in p3d v5 when we released the scenery. It's possible that LM changed something, which means no backward compatibility. When we decide to do the update, we will check this.
