Sure, I get it, but AIRAC is a text file (any format of AIRAC) so it is rather easy to edit/add/delete navaids/runways/frequences etc. I am sure most developers try to catch-up with the real-world changes but it simply takes much more time than making changes in AIRAC especially that people are fine...

Hello Theodorique. There must a be a AF2_LUKK.bgl file located in FS2004/Scenery/World/Scenery . If the file is there it must be an AFCAD issue, possibly a dublicated AFCAD (AI programs often install AFCAD files for many airports).
