We provide both versions to each store - it's not our decision which version is given to the customers in the respective store. But using the zip version you should be able to do the same config - just you need to do this manually according to the attached instructions.

Hi, if you have an issue with SODE, I'm afraid you need to contact the SODE developer. I presume our scenery should work with the older version of SODE without any issues.

We have custom-placed trees indeed and theoretically, we could replace them with 3D trees, but it would be at the expense of performance. We think it is not a good idea.

Definitely, it should be possible to remove the static planes during the installation process. Such a feature is possible using our installer and IniBuilds should be able to give you such a possibility too. Are you sure it's not possible to do this via their installer?

Thanks for your report - regarding installers, there should be available both exe installer and zip for manual installation. But sometimes it depends on the store which version is available.
