Same problem. I have buildings steady if I use zoom 1.25 or more but in that case VC is too large and unusable. If I Lock zoom 1.25 or more and use keyboard arrow to bring VC to a normal position then I find my eyes behind the pilot chair. Really odd.

I am also looking at the posted picture and I found several areas were not accurate:

Neither zoom +70, 80 or whatever helped me. Buildings still disappearing.

Uninstalled Ezdok, installed EETN. Same issue. It looks like DD installer. v2.3 as far as I can see.

It says EETN Tallinn X (v2) in Aerosoft account.
I will try to reinstall it once again then.

I have found the problem. I deleted all addon EETN folders and everything looked normal. As soon as I reinstalled EETN back (as administrator) I noticed the same issue with missing building etc. No other addons running, EZDOK disabled.

I removed EETN as it says in the manual by removing it from P3D\Addon Scenery\EETN Tallin X folder. Now I cannot start P3D at all. Regardless if I click yes or no P3D crashes. What now?

You probably have outdated charts. Runways in UUEE were renamed long time ago to 06L/R and 24L/R. You can find it on Jeppesen or Lido.
