Hi Stanislaw,

I have Seattle Airports and Seattle City. The package is outstanding.

Question: I have the PNW AI ferry system and when these ships dock at the ferry terminals they merge into the static ferries in the Seattle X package. Is there a way to disable the static ferries in Seattle X or would you consider an installer change to make static ferries an install option?

Hi.
Actually we haven't thought about that... We will consider this for the next update. Is there a particual ferry which overlaps or do you mean that large cruise ship?

Attached screenshot.

This is the Coleman Dock in downtown Seattle. The arriving ferry is merging with the static one. The cruise ships don't appear to be any problem, just the static ferries.

I get it.
Just an idea - I really do not know how that traffic is done but it may be possible that the harbour has an AFD-like file which can be adeited with AFCAD and it may be possible to change the pier to which the ferry arrives.

That might work but there is a static ferry on all the landings.

Hello,

So if I buy your Seattle Airport package I will still be able to use the Taxi2gate Scenery and I will not see those black shadows in the vicinity of the airport?
The airport package will be fully compatible with T2G KSEA?
Thanks a lot

Hello.
It is compatible in terms of using 2 products together but there will be drawbacks like those shadows of missing buildings (which are available in our KSEA only and were not modeled by T2G).

Seattle City X - Water Errors

Post by yvrbc »

Hi, I have just bought Seattle City X V1.2 All is very good with it except for the water elevation problems I seem to have when departing from the Seattle Downtown Cruise Shipt Terminal.

I have Orbx FTX Global BASE PAck, Vector, OpenLC N America and PNW installed along with Larry Robinsons freeware ferries for PNW.

I appreciate any help just is my first posting

Hi. Stanislaw.
I'm using Seattle City X with Airport X(and T2G's KSEA)
If you see it you'll know, Photo Scenery is not loaded.
"Seattle X" Entries is top of Scenery Library.
Maybe cause is Orbx Global Base, how to fix this?

thank you.

Hi.
Please make sure that our products are on the very top of the Scenery Library list.

This product does not appear to be working at all. I have Steam FSX version. My screens don't look like images I have seen on the Internet. The very first thing I have been trying to find is the Great Ferris Wheel. SODE is running and I get an interesting message that there are no triggerable objects within miles. What am I missing?

Thanks!

I found the fix on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7udbNEDXlag. I had to cut the Seattle X folder out of the Addon Scenery folder and paste it to the FSX folder. Then go to Settings, Scenery Library and add the Seattle X Scenery folder. There is a bug in FSX where you have to click in a blank spot in the dialog box to actually add the scenery. In my case it automatically went to the top of the list.

I do have another question, I saw a reference to the ability to move an avatar to the observation deck of the Space Needle in another post. How is that done exactly? thanks.
