If I'm not mistaken P3Dv3.4.22.19868 is supposed to support the xml method as well.

I think so too, although for P3Dv3 we still use cfg instead.

Dear DD Stanislaw:

How can I obtain the latest version (V.4) for FSX of the Airport. Unfortunately, I purchased the original version (V1.2) from FSPilotshop which is no longer is business so I have no idea how to get the update. I always use Simmarket but for some reason I didn't use them for this purchase. I didn't see a link on your support site for the upgrade link so not sure how to get it.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Kindest Regards.
Thanks.

The jetways are there at KORD, but t GSX says there are none at the parking spot. Is that a function of SODE with Chicago X or GSX?

Please use Shift+D shortcut to activate the jetways.

Hi DD;
I sent an email to support on Wednesday 5th. with Subject " Need help obtaining updates without the original POS" but haven't heard back. Again I have purchased other DD products via simmarket but unfortunately this product was purchased via FSPilotShop which went out of business shortly after I purchased the product. All details are included in my email, please let me know if I need to resend it.

Thanks again.
Kindest Regards.

If you sent it to FSPS Store, please wait for the response.
As you have the Simmarket account, you may also send all details to our Email address and we will take care but we are not working 24h per day, so sometimes it is necessary to wait a little bit

Hi Martin, thanks for your response I appreciate it.

So just to be clear I didn't send an email to FSPS since they are no longer in business so there is no way of contacting them for history. I have a SImmarket account but this product "KORD" was not purchased from simmarket hence the reason why I need DD to help me get an update. My email to DD includes all details.

Kindest Regards.

Hello all,

Wonderful product I am using as of late. I noticed one issue in P3Dv5 though. I was on approach (RNAV Y 31C) at KMDW but the final approach course is NOT lined up with the runway while. according to the chart, that should be the case. The actual runway is a few meters to the left of the course the simm follows on this approach. I have been looking around for a fix but I could not find one. Is there one? would be interested :)

Cheers,

Daniel W.

Hello Daniel,

Have you tried to reinstall the scenery?
Is it possible that you have doubled AFCAD or any other addon having KMDW?
Which aircraft have been used for landing?

The other option - default airport navaid database in FSX / P3D, because is hopelessly out of date. However there is a donationware update for navaids and ILS data here: http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html or payware version - fsaerodata.
