The Seattle project will be released as 2 products:

Seattle City X

A vast (~1500km²) area covering Seattle in a 0,5m/pix resolution with an uncountable amount of custom-made objects. The included area:

Seattle Airports X

Will perfectly blend into the City package, sharing resources like building textures and ground textures. The package will include KPAE Paine Field, KBFI Boeing Field, KRNT Renton, S50 Auburn. Some time after the product is released (about a month), KSEA Tacoma will be added as a payware upgrade, perfectly matching all the surrounding area (ground textures, mesh, autogen, design style) and providing best performance possible.

Just as in New York Airports X, both products will share one folder for perfect compatibility with each other while each of them will be configurable via a dedicated installer. Both products are expected to cost about 20eur each at the release.

KBFI Boeing Field (almost completed). Static cars around the airport still under construction.

Will it include the updated runway numbers? At KBFI they were updated to 14/32.

Will this be fully compatible with the Orbx PNW?

I do hope that it not going to be like the Aerosoft Anchorage airport, a great airport but just too much trouble to install and blend into Orbx Southern Alaska.

Orbx has become the standard base for thousands of simmers who fly the West Coast of the USA and South America because we love to fly low and slow over our eye candy This is the reason why Orbx has been so successful with their small GA Airports.

This Package is going to set a new standard for flight sim scenery addons.

It is going to do for the West Coast what your scenery has done for the US East Coast, make it a wonderful place to fly.

Hi.
Yes, all our products are compatible with all ORBX products and we use the whole set of ORBX products to test ours during the development.

Version v0.6 has been uploaded - beta-testers who have the active link available (the same you used before), please download the newest version.

• Please completely remove the previous version prior to installing this one (also SODE files) as some older files were removed and otherwise will be still active.
• Don't forget to place all ALT files into Scenery/World/Scenery
• SODE files need to go to %programdata%\12bPilot\(SODE)
• All additional files are located in the Xtra Files folder.
• In this version Airports and City files were connected into just one folder: Seattle X. You need to have only that folder active so please remove the AIRPORTS folder if you had one installed.

This scenery is on the top of my shopping list :) but I have question about this and other DD sceneries. Do you have any plans about adding dynamic lights?

One more question - will DD scenery installer disable ORBX Pacific North West part of sceneries of this area?

[edit] Actually due to technical reasons the link had to be changed - please contact us to get the new one.

Just so I'm clear on this. All this work your doing, which is great and I will purchase, but all this work does not include the main airport of KSEA?

Edit: Never mind, I missed the post which said a second payware for the airport. Cool.

Thanks,
Chase

Yes, the Airports package will have a payware update to version v1.1 which will include KSEA as well as other details in other airports. The update cost will be about 10eur.

I am afraid as for now we have just enough beta-testers. But if you wish to participate in our next project, just drop me an e-mail with a short description of your experience as a beta tester.
