When I remove the file "Snohomish Co KPAE_ARP.BGL" from the \scenery\world\scenery in P3D v. 4.3, the airport AND surroundings look normal.

MANUONE64, you may want to install a 3rd party mesh to correct your issue - I am using FreeMeshX v. 2, available for free here: http://ninetwopro.com.

Hello -

I love both Seattle packages in P3Dv4 but use XP11 a great deal - is an XP11 version still in our near future (I hope so, it would look great!).

Thanks,

Steve

Hi Stanislaw,

is thre any idea concerniung the issue below. And additionally - can you confirm that you see tis effect as well? Taking off from KSEA and flying to KBFI where the autogen in the northeastern part is gone, although it is there when selecting KBFI as take off airport? I tried many many things and now I´m totally out of ideas. I really love your Seattle City and Airport Scenery bundle, but the dissappeariung autogen is a bit annoying.

Thank you very much
Christian

"Hello,

I have both sceneries, Seattle AirportsX 1.1 and Seattle CityX. When I take-off from KSEA and fly to KBFI a large patch of Autogen at the north east corner of KBFI is gone. It is there when I start P3D from KBFI. I tested all KBFI files and found ot, if I de-aktivate the five KBFI_GND bgl files and the KBFI_TWYLHT.bgl file then everything is OK with the autogen, but KBFI isn´t fully nice. Therefore I assume there is soemthing in these six files that supresses autogen at the KBFI north east corner when taking off from KSEA. Could you have a look at these files? As said - the autogen is there when I choose KBFI as starting point in P3Dv4.

Thank you
Christian"

I updated Seattle Airports X and Seattle City X to 1.2 and also Prepar3D from v4.1 to v4.2. Unfortunately the autogen problem still exists. When loading P3D at KSEA, take off there and fly to KBFI a large patch of autogen is gone at the northeast part of the field. Deleting the files mentioned above isn´t an option, since this makes KBFI look ugly and I like your rendition of this airport (and the rest as well)! Do you have an idea?

Thanks
Christian

Hi!
Yes, this looks like a double Scenery Library entry. Please check the Scenery Library and remove the entry which is not greyed-out.

A suggestion for you if you ever decide to do a service pack for Seattle Airports. Why are all the terminal building textures so bright at night? The entire building is way over lit to the point that it looks way unrealistic. The entire building is just one bright texture map. In reality the buildings themselves are dark at night and lit up only is areas where the sodium lights are shining down on the buildings. Your day textures looks great but the night textures look way out of place. Flying into SEA at night is currently an immersion killer.

Edit: this is in the latest P3D version.

Hi.
Every FS version uses same textures and they do look different depending on which FS is used, even which version of P3D is used plus P3D uses the HDR system which changes the brightness of textures depending on surrounding. Just as a test, you may turn HDR off and see for yourself. Anyway, we will keep this is mind and will try to better handle this in future products.

P3dv4
Trying to install to ssd where flight sim resides.
Gets to 80% and then stops on splash screen
Used ctrl alt del to get out.
Had to do complete uninstall and fresh install of p3d to get sim working again
Tried again same result. Not game to try again.
Have all Orbx inc pnw.
Any ideas?
Thanks
