Hello again.
I really appreciate all the information that you sent me as well as how fast you responded to my inquiry....That's what I call excellent customer service!
I have since SOLVED this issue!..Yea!
The problem was not with your program, or with the version of SODE...(Of course I never thought it was your program causing the issue!) So, what WAS the issue? It appears it was my video card.
Although my card would display all the fantastic scenery of SeaTac (Including the trees and grass etc!) it would not display the SODE jetways at all. As a matter of fact it would display the SODE jetways in all of FSDT (Flight Sim Dream Team) software but not in yours, however even in their software I had jetway issues sometimes.
So, I had been planning to upgrade my card for a long time, mainly because of frame rate issues and not even thinking that by upgrading the card would it change anything about the jetway issue, (because I believed it to be a computer programming related issue, or an operating system issue and not a hardware issue) so I purchased a new EVGA 1050Ti and installed it. Immediately when I started a flight at SeaTac, the jetways were all there, operated perfectly and look amazing!. Wow, imagine my surprise and delight!
So let this be a lesson to me and everyone else, always make sure you have a good video card to get the most out of your graphics....and if anyone out there is reading this post, if you are using this software, Seattle Airports X, you want to make sure your card is good because these guys have done an unbelievable job on this program, and you simply must get it!
Thanks again for all your help! and I wish you and your team continued success on future projects...I'll be watching to see what you guys do next!
Happy flying!
Mark (SimPilotGuy)

speaking of Sode Jetways Stanislaw.,
is there a way we can edit the jetways so we can use the GSX Level 2 one where we can see the passengers Board/deboard? or a crystal jetway would be perfect so user don't have to change anything.

I honestly have no idea if there is such an option.
Our jetways, just as all other scenery elements, are designed with quality and performance in mind. Right now we are looking forward to implementing SODE VGDS soon, which (IMHO) is much more important for piloting skills than jetways.

Issue solved. Removed KPAE AFM fix, removed said KPAE .bgl from Scenery/World/Scenery and all is well.

Might wanna add this to the manual for those of us that don't mind reading :)

Pink X's

Post by tdavart »

I've got pink X's at all the gates at KSEA. I've installed the latest version of the scenery, and SODE version is 1.6.3. I'm baffled.

Xs are related to SODE issues. Please check the SODE installation, I would actually try to reinstall both SODE and our product.

I want to know how to disable the menu that comes up when you enter "shift + D" as I have EZCA V2 and it's quite annoying to filter between them.

Thanks,

Hi. As far as I know in the newest version of SODE you can change that shortcut to something else.
