EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
Latest version: v2.2 (2020)
Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
Of course I'll ask.
The strange thing is that most positions are "Unusable".
EPWA + TG airport has only a few active stands, the rest are not "Unusable".
How can I fix this in WED ???

Basically, only stations 9-17 and a few single stations are active. The rest (the great majority) are closed for TG.

There is also Covi19 at EPKK in Krakow and all positions are taken
What can EPWA do with you?

Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
Covi19 is almost everywhere, so in Krakow as well - so it could be said that traffic is directly proportional to the existing situation But to be serious, currently we are not able to identify what is blocking TG to use all stands. It could be great to know what is the feedback from the TG developer - than maybe we will be able to solve the issue.
Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
TG developer will of course say that there is a bug on the EPWA plugin side
What the rest may be true, because the problem is only on EPWA DD.
With the default EPWA, traffic is everywhere.

But still there is a chance that we will get some kind of indication which will help us figure out the potential cause of problem.
Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
I sent the report to JF
Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
Here is JF reply on the reported EPWA problem:
"Hi Tomasz,
Thanks for your reply.
I think most of it is covered in the TGXP manual specifically on Page 28 onwards.
Page 31 and 32 covers it in more detail and for more info - the manual supplies a link to what you're asking about:
https://www.jkcc.co.uk/traffic-global/t ... rt-design/
This goes into detail about using WED and the parking and taxiways.
Feel free to take a look.
There's also a contact form for comments for the TGXP developer if DD wanted to get in touch.
Kind regards,
Simon"

Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2
I am not sure it helps, but since I had the same problem with no TG traffic I checked TG log and found the problem is the ramp ends placed on the taxiways. I took WED and moved taxiway ends a bit away from the gates, also removed the connecting taxiways overlapping with non-gated stands (like stands 31-44). Worked like a charm and your beautiful airport is now full of traffic, COVID-19 or no COVID-19 .

Here are the files:
Jarek
- "TG logs.zip" contains TG log file before and after my change
- "TGflows-after-mod.jpg" and "TGflows-after-mod.jpg" show TG flows window showing how it decodes the airport flows and stands.
- "DD EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport XP V2 diff.zip" contains my changes - just unzip and copy over to airport folder. This one is too big to include here so here is a link
- Pictures of the airport before and after mod, TG traffic density at about 75%
