English and Polish discussion and support in this topic / Dyskusja po polsku i po angielsku w tym temacie.

Patch 1 - updates minor bugs in EPKT airport (rwy 27 missing DME and PAPI) as well as some charts. Works with the full version (works with EPKT demo too but you need to manually add \Addon Scenery\Polish Airports vol.1\EPKT folder to the scenery library). When upgrading to the full version you need to install the patch again. /
Poprawka 1 - naprawia kilka błędów w Katowicach (brak PAPI i DME pas 27) a także kilka szczegółów w mapach. Działa z wersją pełną (działa tekże z EPKT demo, ale do scenery library należy dodać jeszcze jeden folder - \Addon Scenery\Polish Airports vol.1\EPKT).

If you buy "Polish Airports 1", does that include both FS9 and FSX versions or is the FSX version a separate purchase?
I see that it says "separate download", but does that also mean separate purchase?

Thank you,
Bob

Hey.
Yes, that is correct. This one is FS2004 only however we expect FSX version to be released around February 2010, so stay tuned

Sounds good to me.
I haven't loaded FS9 back on my new computer yet. All that I have is FSX working now. After Windows 7 is released, I will probably get both sims back online and I will go ahead and buy both versions. :D
I'm looking forward to having some good looking airports in Poland as a new European destination to fly.
I would love to also have a product similar to Austria Professional or Aerosoft's VFR Germany, but for Poland in FSX. That would be nice too

Veeery expensive to buy too, but wellll worth the cost :D
I have all of VFR Germany, Switzerland and Austria Professional.
There is nothing like flying low over miles of beautiful countryside scenery and knowing that it is as real as it can be.
I believe Poland is a very beautiful country that would be quite competitive with the Germany, Switzerland and Austria releases.
I certainly hope someone will see the potential in making it one of these days.

At any rate, I'm glad to see that you are taking on building the airports so detailed along with some of the countryside. That will be a pleasure to have.

:) Actually Artur is writing about the released scenery :) but I agree that the idea is good. We need only Polish areal images in the same quality that is available for Germany and we can start designing! 8)
For example check EPRZ airport in Google

Hi, I have just purchased vol. 1 and must send my congratulations, really nice scenery!
I have seen only EPKT (that's the airport I'm interested in) and have a texture problem: when slightly distant from the airport, the vegetation textures and the car parking lines shimmer a lot (a kind of "vibration"). I have an i2 920 processor and Nvidia GTX 285, with all settings already done to reduce shimmering (anisotropic filter at 16, etc.). Is there anything I can do to reduce this vibration?
Further, the yellow taxiway centerlines remain bright yellow at night, even in the zones not lighted. Couldn't it be possible to have them darker?

Thank you very much.

Hey.
Thanks for your post. I'll inform you as soon we work something out.

Lately we got a lot of questions about what is the difference between demo version of EPGD and the full version. Here are some screenshots:
