Please note: SODE will now be treated as a separate product and you will need to install it separately.

1. Remove the old version of the scenery from the sim
2. Run AESHelp to set that there is no UUEE scenery installed
3. Install the new version of the scenery
4. Run AESHelp to activate the UUEE support again.
Hello Stanislaw,
I found that there are other steps required to get the older version (1.3) out and the new (1.6) running properly with AES (I'm using AES 2.42):
1 - As above (simply delete the UUEE folder in Addon Scenery)
2 - As above
3 - As above (I already had SODE 1.32) if you have an earlier version, get the latest one!
4 - Run FSX and go to scenery library - re-check the box for UUEE (it gets unchecked when I removed the old). Click "OK" - Now the scenery rebuilds in FSX.
5 - Exit FSX and wait for the scenery cache to empty, or better - reboot Windows
6 - Run AES help again and AES will now tell you that UUEE is not active - say YES and AES adds it - it will tell you changes will take place next time you run FSX
7 - Run FSX and it will assign the new AES scenery on start up. Then pick a default plane (I use the C 172 because AES recognizes it) and go to a UUEE gate
8 - While at the gate, check your SODE dll connection using the FSX menu bar "add-ons - SODE 1.32" and also reload SODE (ignore floating objects - they will resolve next startup)
9 - Exit FSX, wait for the scenery cache to empty, or better - reboot Windows
10 - Restart FSX - ALL should be OK now (for me - no more floating objects and the AES marshals, jetways, trucks etc., are now present and the jetway distance markers now working
Enjoy the new scenery!
