Through FSX Settings "Add Scenery"
or
Through the folder Addon Scenery, UUEE
[ Added: Thu Nov 10, 2016 11:41 ]
If it has anything to do with it when I start my sim it always says as an error:
"Scenery CFG file error. Local Scenery directory (Addon Scenery/scenery) in scenery Area.120 not found"
also how do I remove the airport properly through fsx settings or the actual folder in addon scenery?
Thanks
Kristian

FSX freezes
Good day all
I have noticed that FSX freezes all the time on the ground and in the air within 20-40 miles from UUEE for about 3-5 seconds every 5 minutes or so. It does not freezes at any other airports including other DRZEWIECKI airports.
Thx for looking

Thanks for the quick reply.
When loading UUEE, I could only find 3 Documents:
Sode Jetways, No reference to what the Jetways look like.
UUEE Charts, 6 charts.
UUEE Sheremetyevo Manual. Great history of Russia, installation, scenery features and compatibility, which do not mention the morphing jetways, where to find uptodate charts,Jetway map(excellent) credits and license info...
Have I missed finding a manual that mentions the 'morphing'?
It was beat into us from early times with FS, NEVER remove a scenery or an a/c etc by simple
removal, always go through the remove programs inside control panel. Maybe good to add a simple paragraph in the installation area that your programs are different to usual.

Okay, my fault, I was 100% sure there was a paragraph about double jetways. There are 2 possible causes:
1. Unproper uninstall of DEMO which has static jetways or parallel copy of the scenery (most probable)

http://www.flightsim.com/vbfs/showthrea ... le-Jetways
2. Your "default flight" is saved at that airport which might load the jetways twice

Hi Stanislaw,
Thanks for the very prompt replies. I tracked it down to a double AFCAD from Mytraffic, Now no ghosting...
I do notice when you bring up the Shift / D, jetway selection box, you can get any of the included jetways working regardless of if there is an aircraft there or not...I suppose this is like real life, where they can be moved regardless of an aircraft being there.

Hi.
That is because it was our first product using SODE (as far as I remember) and by that time SODE used simplified animations for docking. The advantage is that you can dock anything you want (even the avatar guy ). The disadvantage is that docking is not related to exit positions in any way - this is simply a predefined animation. There is table in the manual with more detailed info as well as recommendation where best to dock each airplane type.
Best regards
Stanislaw

FS Folder\SODE\cfg\Drzewiecki Design.sdx - There is nothing in CFG folerDD Stanislaw wrote:Hi.
Please read the manual - this issue is described there.
Simply remove from Addon Scenery and Scenery Library.
FS Folder\SODE\sdx\UUEE_X.sdx- there is no sdx\UUEE_X.sdx. I have ...SODE\sdx\Drzewiecki Design folder and it is empty.
FS Folder\SimObjects\Misc\DrzewieckiDesign_UUEE - such foler or file does not exist.
Thx

I think there is no way it can be related to our scenery.
I would suggest trying to remove your fsx.cfg (make a backup first) and launch the sim. If it does not work, go to scenery.cfg and remove all entries until yoiu reach default sceneries. Try launching your sim after that.
Remember to make backups of the original files before editing.
