FSX is 32bit application, that's why OOM takes place, especially if you have many active addons in the respective region, which might be demanding due to autogen. Maybe you can deactivate some addons in the nearby area?
I don't know your sim settings, but you can try to reduce them and see if there is any difference. I'm afraid your GPU is rather weak, so there is not much to expect.
TEXTURE_MAX_LOAD in fsx.cfg is 1024 for sure? Maybe it's worth to rebuild fsx.cfg (always do a backup).
And last but not least - AI Traffic - place reduce to minimum.

Negative, we don't do that. Perhaps they tried to persuade you to get some technical support first, before applying for a refund. Anyway - stores do the refunding, not devs.

I have AI at 20%. No other Scenery in the near of Moscow. Autogen density is normal I get in Taxi2Gate EDDM or Aerosoft LFPG 20FPS with the PMDG777 without OOM's.
So i wrote to Simmarket and they said Drzewiecki must give them permission to give me a store credit.

I don't see any Simmarket orders for your e-mail registered here on this forum.
Please provide your active Simmarket e-mail so we can find your account.

I changed the Email in my Accout Settings. So this is the Email where i logged in at Simmarket.
Ok, I see your orders but still, I believe that we can try troubleshooting the issue rather than going to the refund path right away (it is always possible).
Asking for a refund without even troubleshooting a problem sounds a bit strange, to be honest. We will need a little bit of data from you though.

Can you provide your fsx.cfg? (you can attach it as zip here)
Please also provide:
- the screenshot from your installer with the selected options
- the file information.cfg which should be in your scenery folder
- the screenshot from your sim settings
- and last but not least - the screenshot from your scenery folder incl. names and size of files
Screenshots can be provided via this tool https://imgbb.com/

I also recommend installing this benchmark program: https://www.userbenchmark.com/ -> Free Download
...so we could see potential hardware issues.
After scanning please send us a link to the report.
I'm afraid your fsx settings are too high if we take into consideration your PC specs, especially the level of detail radius, scenery complexity and autogen. Water, airline traffic and texture resolution should be reduced too. Have you tried to reduce them and see if there is any difference?
The thing is that i have no OOM at Airports with High VAS (Flytampa EKCH, Aerosoft EDDF, T2G KSEA......) accept UUEE. Where i have OOM. At my FS9 times i got same Problems with UUEE (Demo Mode). I used your EPWA, EETN, UBBB, Polish Airports 1,2,3 and all was fine accept UUEE. I deinstalled UUEE because i wont use it with OOM. The money what i have spend has gone to EPWA. that would the better decision to me.
I use 20% of AI. At my OOM in UUEE i have maybe 15-20 Aircrafts on the Apron. I want fly and see Aircrafts at my Landing and not Fly to an Empty Airport to have a little Chance to get no OOM.
I see.
Where have you purchased our EPWA, EETN, UBBB, and Polish Airports 1,2,3?

In this case, you should consider investing in a modern simulator, not a 15-years-old program.
