Setting up your flight sim - tutorial

Post by DD Stanislaw » Wednesday 30 Sep 2015, 07:05

A few our customers asked me to write some sort of a short tutorial which would help them setting up their flight sims to fix low performance. Since general ideas related to perfomance issues are quite similar in all popular flight sims currently available on the market, I have written a short document with tips on setting up a flight sim for best performance. You can learn there a bit more about hardware issues, operating system problems and how to solve low performance with default flight sim Settings window. The tutorial does not cover cfg changes. Here it is:

Tips from the tutorial can be used in FS2004, FSX, FSX:SE, all versions of Prepar3D and X-Plane.
