KDCA Washington National MSFS

After checking my addons,graphics, etc, MSFS has a CTD at startup. I have 12GB GPU and 32GB RAM. I was ablw to load KDCA and taxi (PMDG) for about a minute. My GPU usage was no greater than 4.7. MSFS had a CTD while taxing.

Still hard to advise something - we are not able to replicate such a problem. Have you tried some standard steps like rebuilding sceneryindexes and reinstall the scenery? From which store do you have your version?

I purchased the product from Simmarket and I have reinstalled the product 4 times. I have scenery v1.4. (MSFS)
I have not tried rebuilding the scenery indexes, but I will try that now and report.

after rebuilding the sceneryindexes, MSFS has a CTD after selecting KDCA and pressing "Fly".

One final attempt....

1 Uninstalled, reinstalled KDCA
2. rebuilt sceneryindexes
3. removed the recommended file

Result.... CTD on start when selecting DD KDCA. This product caused MSFS to crash in my situation. Given that I respectfully request an authorization sent to Simmarket for a refund of my order (3345987).

As far as I understand, you can fly from/to any other airport addon, right? Just with our scenery there is CTD? Sorry but I'm not able to replicate your problem.

Exactly correct. I fly anywhere, but I cannot even start a flight at DD KDCA.

Can you start at KDCA with a default scenery?

Yes, I am able to start a flight with the Default KDCA. Attached are the results of the test.

It's definitely not a performance issue in your case.

Have you already requested a refund from Simmarket?

Yes, but Simmarket told me DD had to authorize the refund.
