Is this normal that I have only 12FPS when looking on the scenery from above? On other big airports I have usually 40-50FPS.

Chris, DD airports are mesh sensitive. 1. Do you have any addon mesh installed? 2. What is your mesh resolution set in FSX? I have not any mesh installed. But at Rzeszów I have an elevation problem. Any idea?
I don´t have any addon like UTX or GEX or something else.
