Here is what it looks like - I tried to vary the settings one at a time. No difference. I flew over other areas I have that are also photoscenery, and it does not happen at any of them. I grabbed Miami a month or so ago. I am noticing that as I taxi out, portions of the ground textures turn black and then go back to normal textures.
