Should Chicago Landmarks be above or below Asobo Meigs?

Meigs Field is included in default MSFS 2024 & 2020.
It is not an add on.

I have a PC. This doesn't happen in 2020. There are also big rocks everywhere. Even where the boats should be. These buildings pop up after a few seconds. Not sure how to take a screen shot in 2024.

I installed Chicago Landmarks v 1.4 into MSFS 2024 and there are buildings popping up at the end of the runway near the Planetarium.. Is this a problem with MSFS 2024?

In addition to the CTD I have reported; I to have FPS drop to single digits over the city. I have high and medium settings.

I got a CTD on final to KORD with 1.0 and the Hotfix file.
