EPSY would probably be within the loading range of EPWA. If you fly a VADOL departure out of EPLB, EPWA and Warsaw City will load in around VADOL. In OpenGL this is more obvious because it briefly causes 0.5-1fps for me.

I had a play around with this, it seems to be related to pathing and is affected by the size of the aircraft.
