All add on scenery, including DD scenery, is above any ORBX or MESH

Cars on KLGA FIXED...at least now I know what was causing it. Thanks to the new way Orbx install into p3d v5, I decided to turn off Orbx Vector. That did it. So now to find out why.

The only thing I can confirm is that setting vehicle traffic to zero in P3D does remove the cars...More searching

No traffic programs I had the issue on initial install when the scenery was inside P3D by default. I have since moved everything out of P3D and it all works perfectly except for the noted problem.
