Don't worry about the colors because I ran the same flight with default Chicago City textures from just the Prepar3d 4.5 HF3 and it depicts the water around the beach area as the same hue as your addon but thank you for your responses.

Those are default colors, and I don't use any 3rd. party shaders like PTA. Nvidia doesn't control any colors either just Windows Pro 2004 19041.423 Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.31.0 and I have my water set to medium in the sim.
