Good news. i tried a couple things before giving up and i finally found that the problem is windows defender.

Now it works perfectly and i can enjoy this great city.

I tried reloading and installing at least 5 times. Not much result. All the files seems to be at the rignt place but nothing is showing up in the game.

yesterday, i have also installed london landmarks from another developper and it works flawlessly...
