Ok the only way I got this to work is actually copy all the files over from the P3D 4 install into P5.1. There must be an issue with the installer when installing into 5.1. I also had to bypass the xml install at first and add it manually to the scenery library in order to get it above Orbx entries ...

Any fixes for these elevation issues at KPAE?

This is absolutely ridiculous.
