For everybody who has having freeze, try to delete the file Content.xml in the folder C:\Users\XYZ\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
Don't worry it will be re-created at the first launch.

I have only installed the WU6 update.

I had a "Stuck at 60%" problem with Moscow Landmarks until yesterday but now it works well. I tried multiple takeoffs from Vnukovo and Domodedovo and it's ok. It works well in combo with Sheremetevo airport. But, I have Moscow from the marketplace and Sheremetevo bought outside. Don't know...

Yeah the game still CTD randomly while flying but Moscow Landmarks now loads fine. (I had a flight from Domodedovo to Vnukovo)
