I compared the modified file with the previous file in a binary editor and it was exactly the same.

I tried it as soon as I could, but the situation was the same as before, it was flipped and not fix.

The departure location on the world map and the departure location in the game are wrong. They seem to have been flipped 180 degrees. Here is a video for your reference.
