I also tested Polish Airports vol.1 XP v2 and it works fine.
So definitely XP v3 issues. I guess files are missing in the provided zip file
Please give support in solving this.

Warsaw Chopin Airport XP v2 and Warsaw City XP scenery are working fine for me, so it is really only with Polish Airports vol.1 XP v3.
From reading the log file output, it seems like some files are missing in the zip distribution of vol.1 XP v3 for mac/linux
