Pls ignore the previous post - I just figured out what to do, hadn't read the instructions clearly enough!

Is there any mechanism for getting the latest versions of products bought in 2018 from a now unsupported vendor (in my case FSPS)? I have reviewed what information I can find here but it doesn't seem obvious what to do other than to try to contact you through the available means.
