I changed the Email in my Accout Settings. So this is the Email where i logged in at Simmarket.

Thats what i do, but Simmarket say that Drzewiecki Design do that. Negative, we don't do that. Perhaps they tried to persuade you to get some technical support first, before applying for a refund.
