I’ve seen them as well, but it’s only from certain views. And it’s across a lot of airports, not just yours. I think it’s an MSFS issue that depends on the texture type since even some of the standard scenery runs into this issue (similar to the flickering in the A320).

I had this issue when I downloaded the WASM add-on before SU12 was released. Since then I haven’t had any issues with the textures.

I would advise to make sure the WASM add-on is installed and then try to remove EWR, restart the game, install, then restart again.

I can get it to work on my Series X about half of the time, but it definitely has some issues with CTDs.
