We provide both versions to each store - it's not our decision which version is given to the customers in the respective store. But using the zip version you should be able to do the same config - just you need to do this manually according to the attached instructions. There is no such folder call...

In the latest version, the org store still only provided a zip file without the configuration files to remove static aircrafts.
