Thank you for your reply and experience. On your main World map menu, do you have two positions for each gate at EETN, eg M8 (ramp) or gate 64 (gate small)? Which do you choose? Do the jetways work at either position? I have contacted Cartanya anway and will see how they respond.

I will contact them, however: Further testing has shown that the jetways do not work even if GSX is not loaded.
