Upon review of the video, the bump on rwy 4R is at taxiway Kilo intersection:

My first time taking off from runway 4R I hit a rather large invisible bump which launched my aircraft a bit.
It was somewhere in the vicinity of taxiway Victor as my takeoff roll was building speed.
I have it recorded on video and will post it here after processing and upload.
