So as you can see RWY 11 is indeed a tad lower than published charts. As for RWY33 elevation is exactly correct, I suspect that would be a navigraph data issue.

I'll try to spawn at the runway threshold and use the MSFS HUD to see the actual elevation there later today. I can check those numbers against Navigraph charts. Right now RWY33 is listed at 355ft and RWY11 at 362ft

Can you somehow show us via screenshot or video what's the issue? Do you mean that when you are on ILS and following the glideslope, you are too high after the pre-threshold area?
