I have tried with photogrammetry both on and off and also cleared my scenery indexes and rolling cache but still no luck.

I was able to get the textures working by regenerating the layout.json file. I am not an expert so this may not be entirely correct but I read somewhere that in MSFS 2020, the layout.json file did not care about file sizes but now for whatever reason in 2024, the file sizes in the layout.json matter...

Hello, Does the lowered resolution textures download linked at the beginning of this thread still work? I just bought KEWR for MSFS2024 via iniManager and its a bit hard on my VRAM but I could not get the airport to load with the reduced textures. The sim just hangs loading over the airport and does...
