Re: RJAA Tokyo Narita P3D

Exactly. The point is that P3D generates snow textures in Japan too but if the weather is in the "snow mode". This is the specific of P3D, which we doesn't have influence to.

Re: NY Airports v2 X

But drop is general to the whole KEWR airport or only in the specific locations? Have you tested it without DL - is there any difference for you? Any other addons in this area? Have you played with your sim settings - is there any difference? It is still hard to say something "smart" witho...

We are intensively testing new updated version. Any specific behavior takes place to generate CTD in your case?

LOD and mesh issues are solved in the coming new version, not in the previously-mentioned fix.

Re: New York City XP

Hi, with zip files you are able to install with photoground or without. Both install options provide the same functionalities.

We provide all shops with both ones, but some decides to provide users with one installing option only.

Re: Seattle Landmarks MSFS

I assume that we are talking about default KSEA with our Seattle Landmarks. We know about some problems with CTD, mesh and LOD issues caused by the last MSFS update. On the other hand no-one reported the similar issue with KSEA do far - we need to check if it's possible to replicate it. BTW: have yo...

Re: RJAA Tokyo Narita P3D

Hi, thanks for kind words.
Regarding gates - frankly speaking I need to check it. I understand that you installed without static planes. And the problem is that you are not able to choose these gates when you want to load the plane to the scenery, right?

Re: Washington X

Hello! dynamic lighting? Yes - since v1.4 there is included dynamic lighting (P3D V4/V5) has sloped runways and PBR textures? No, we do not provide sloped runways in p3d v5, same as PBR textures. We tried it in case of RJAA, but the effect was weak in case of quality, but huge impact to the memory u...

Re: NY Airports v2 X

Which airport are you talking about? Are you talking about P3D v4.5 or P3D v5.1? What do you mean by the "HUGE performance hit"? What are your PC specs and sim settings? Do you mean dynamic lighting? We need much more details, because otherwise it's hard to say something more - so far many...

Re: And a new project will be... News and other stuff.

Thanks Saurabh for this idea - we are considering various ideas for future projects, although so far we have a lot of work to release the existing sceneries for MSFS and some compatibility patches for P3D v5 HF1. Always in the similar cases there is a question mark of obtaining good photo resources ...

Re: Seattle Landmarks MSFS

Thanks for your patience and understading. We're monitoring this and for sure we will provide the respective fix in case of any new changes. However you can imagine that such state of affairs is very troublesome and time-consuming in the long run - nevertheless we will see :)

Re: Seattle Landmarks MSFS

Unfortunately this is not the only one affected by the update: We are aware of the CTD problem and this is our top priority right now. We are quite sure it will be fixed/published next week. Other issues were introduced in the latest sim update and they are also a top priority for us (mesh issues an...

Re: Polish Airports vol.1 X

Thanks in advance for any kind of support - the truth is that we are facing a lot of issues because of many recent updates to P3D and MSFS. It's almost unworkable to simultaneously provide the constant updates, work on compatibility issues and work on the new projects.
