Re: Washington XP

I consulted this and it turned out that in this product we used default X-Plane flattens method, which makes flattens so rough without smooth transition. That flatten placed on the half rough area and then we can see that half is flatten and half still rough - that's a bug of X-plane and when we mad...

Thanks - it's noted to be checked when we start working on the update for P3D.

Re: Washington X

Robbie, it looks like the CRJ door is too low for jetways, which may cause a problem. But do you have GSX? If you go into add-ons in the menu bar and go to the GSX menu there’s an option to ‘configure aircraft positions’ or something along those lines, and there you can move the positions of the doo...

Re: Washington XP

referring to the specific tile The specific tile or all Ortho4XP entries - just for testing purpose. Wouldn't your mesh have priority? Unfortunately XP11 is not working in this way - we noticed that Ortho4XP overwrites our mesh data in our different addons, even if their priority is higher. My pres...

Re: Washington XP

Thanks for the files. I'm afraid they can be caused by Ortho4XP, which overwrites the mesh data, so the custom mesh (ours) will not be displayed correctly. Have you tried to deactivate Ortho4XP and check if the problem still exists?

Re: Washington X

The "error message" sounds like the jetway cant reach the aircraft. Do you get such message after pushing shift + D?

For me it looks more like a SODE issue or CRJ issue.

Re: Seattle Airports X

There was some reports about the elevation issues in p3d v5 hf1. We are still investigating the issue. BTW: is it with Seattle City X or without? Does the issue appear with inactive Seattle City X?

Re: RJAA Tokyo Narita P3D

We've never said this - we are still focused on developing our sceneries for both MSFS, P3D and XP11. However on one side we are taking in to consideration the products / sceneries that are released or would be released by the other developers for the specific regions / airports. And on the other ha...

Re: Washington XP

Ok, as I mentioned - log.txt and scenery_packs.ini you can attach as zip file here.
Pics you can also attach here - for example via bb codes/links from this website: https://imgbb.com/

Re: Washington XP

You can apply for a refund but you have to do this directly to the store, where you bought it.
On the other hand - you still didn't attach scenery_packs.ini and log.txt. You didn't attach any screenshot too, so how can we help you if we are even not aware how does it look like in your sim.

Re: Seattle Airports X

Is our scenery higher than ORBX in the scenery library? Have you tried to use the ORBX Central with the function called "Insertion points"?
If it doesn't help, what other addons do you have?
