Just want to add this only happens when you fly into Chicago from a distance far away enough that it doesn’t load within the loading screen. If you spawn in or near Chicago, it loads completely and it’s a non-issue

I have REX, but to test I have uninstalled all third party software, cleared cache, and generated a new content xml. Also ran the sim in safe mode as the people mentioned in the forum and experience the crash.
