Czy mam rozumieć że w/w rady nie pomogły? Jest już SAM library w bibliotece? Wyraźnie problem wynikał z błędnej instalacji dodatku - u wszystkich użytkowników, w tym u mnie, wszystko działa poprawnie.

We are still looking for the solution - the point is that in case of many users eveything works without any problems and we are not able to replicate the problem in our environment
