Hi Simon, it looks like a corrupt download. Please try redownloading the installer again. It can be also done via other web browser or download manager. It might be that something is wrong with the files that you are downloading from your shop, but in such case you need to contact with your shop dir...

To fix that issue you should reinstall our UUEE scenery with checked option "replace border files". This option is also available with our zip package for the manual install.

Please share your scenery_packs.ini and logs.txt as zip file attached to the post here.
