I tried removing the terrain layer but got the same result. I believe it may be to do with the runway surface type. The wheels fall through it. I have tested other sceneries and no others I tested are having this issue.

Is there a temporary fix I can apply to get the runway smooth? I have tried a couple of things (including the global flatten setting in XPlane preferences) but nothing has worked yet.

I have installed the new 11.20 r1 and tried it, but still got blown tires.
I noticed in apt.dat:

1302 flatten 1

This is supposed to flatten, but it seems it is not working anymore with the latest XP.
