It seems they are currently having some server issues but you should definitely contact them directly regarding this problem.

Unfortunately, we are unaware of Asobo's timeframe regarding this problem.
We are monitoring the progress but there hasn't been any since the last interaction.

Those are just enhancements. No additional work is planned for those. We can later just remove them if better renditions appear.

Removing static aircraft in Renton kinda ruins the whole experience.

There are some issues with the ground poly. Some products work fine while others don't.
