DX10 Preview is not native model of FSX and it's not supported in our sceneries. However I'm not fully sure if it can be a reason in this particular case.

Are we talking about FSX or FSX-SE? Have you tried to re-install with admin rights? Which scenery version have been indicated by the installer?

Can you show it via screenshot please because I need to understand the problem? Maybe you have activated DX-10 preview?

It was discussed few post earlier that the update can be expected after release of Chicago Landmarks MSFS. I do not understand the question about "mandatory install".

Hello Patrick, I'm afraid you need to contact the shop, from which you purchased the wrong version. We are not selling our sceneries, so our vendors are responsible for solving the similar issues.

It's on to-do list indeed, so as soon as we will release the update, it will be checked again. The point is that this is not something that relates to everyone and for example we indentified "layer problem" in case of compatibility with ORBX - that's why I was asking about third-party addo...

Theoretically it may work, but I cannot guarantee that there will be no discrepancies. Which airport do you want to replace?

I'm afraid this is a general problem in Marketplace referring to many different addons and we have very limited possibilities I would say...
