I suggest asking on SODE forum: https://sode.12bpilot.ch/?page_id=442 For sure you may try to reinstall the latest version of SODE, check if it's registered in the sim properly and check if the problem is solved. Please look for double entries in the Scenery Library / Add'ons menu. This should not happen but apparently happens sometimes. No, scenery has nothing to do with STAR / SID data. You are talking about AIRAC, which includes all such information and it should be possible to update it via Navigraph for example.
