Not sure i want to do a reinstall, as you said I have other addons already installed, may just wait for a new installer.
Have a bunch of DD scenery and like all of it thanks.

Unfortunately at the moment we have no clue what can be a cause of problem and thus we are not able to update the installer. The more strange thing is that in few cases, after re-installing the sim, everything went ok using the same installer, so it may be something relating to the simulator itself.

Guys, for those you installed our products but they are not visible in the sim, please check one more thing:

In this directory:
C:\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache
...there should be a file named: "Content.xml".

Code: Select all

<Content>
(...installed packages...)
</Content>
Please make sure that our package is actually placed on that list. In case of Washington it should look like this:

Code: Select all

<Content>
(...other packages...)
	<Package name="drzewieckidesign-washingtonlandmarks" active="true"/>
	<Package name="drzewieckidesign-washingtonliteairports" active="true"/>
(...other packages...)
</Content>

Hi.
Decompression errors may be related to:
a) corrupt file upload at a store (if it is Simmarket then the file is 100% fine)
b) corrupt download - the installer has been downloaded with little missing parts, preventing it from proceeding
c) antivirus software blocking the installer from proceeding with specific files

thanks for the reply. must be the download then. tried redownloading several times with all antivirus off. never had this issue with anything before.
Any other way possible to get a different download with, my credentials/receipt, proof of purchase.
do i have to contact SimMarket?

Hello, I just buy the Washington scenery and at the base Andrew, ther's many many trees on the tarmac, near Air Force one for example. Otherwise, this is an excellent addon, regards, Benoît

You tried to disable Windows Defender, right? And as far as I remember - recently you have done the new clean install of MSFS 2020, am I right?

If so, we have no idea what is wrong here. No-one else reported us the similar decompression problem and it seems to be something relating to your sim environment. Frankly speaking, for now, I'm sorry to say that you should probably apply for a refund, although we believe this is not an issue relating to our product directly.

Wanted to give just a little feedback. I work at Andrews specifically with certain aircraft there. You did a fantastic job with Washington DC and Andrews (KADW) truly looks amazing. Two things to make it just one step closer to true reality. Air Force One ONLY parks on 5 Row never anyplace else. Also, you will never see fuel trucks by it as it’s refueled before leaving the hanger. Second is the E4-B. It only parks on 14 Row. That’s the transient ramp for large aircraft and the E4-B is stationed at KOFF. Hope the picture helps. Keep up the great work.
