First, I want to relay to you that your representation of the Washington National Airport for MSFS is outstanding. Unfortunately, after the MSFS 2020 update that was pushed yesterday, some features of the airport terminal interior features, such as furniture and people, are missing. Additionally, some external features of the airport are missing also (such as the exterior passenger ramps located at the north end of the airport). I also like to mentioned that I did install the latest version of the addon (V1.1) but this did not resolve the problem.

I know it's early but is there an update in the works to correct this?

Thank you for all of your excellent Flight Sim addons.

I myself noticed that there were some issues with DCA when I flew last night. I saw that there were no static aircraft at the gates. The same went with Narita, where there weren't any static aircraft and some gates had jetways missing, particularly the ones with two jetways for heavy aircraft.

I have every Drzewiecki product for MSFS minus the Europe products, and noticed that I couldn't even load into Chicago. My game would freeze. After I deleted Chicago Landmarks, I could load in with zero issues. I did not try Seattle yet, although I would assume it's the same story.

Has to be in part due to the update.

Hi.
We are aware of some issues introduced in the V5 update of the Sim.
We are already fixing them and will try to do that as soon as humanly possible.

Hello, I just recently purchased this airport for MSFS and when I load in the interior of the airport is empty and looks noting at all like the pictures. I downloaded this airport from the marketplace within the sim. I will attach screenshots to show you what mine looks like. I have no other mods for this airport. Image

Hi, this is also probably caused by the last sim update 5, which unexpectedly affected many sceneries from many different developers. We are doing our best to fix all existing MSFS sceneries but it is not possible to release such fixes in the very short time.

Hello, is there any idea on an ETA for when this scenery might be fixed? Waiting for the next msfs update? Thanks!

Hi.
There is no ETA because Asobo did not publish the updated SDK and some parts of the airport cannot be fixed yet (jetways). If you are frustrated (as we are), please try reporting this to Microsoft.

Hi,

I also have the issue of empty terminals. I understand from DD's message that the jetways cannot be fixed until Asobo updates their SDK but could the people and furnishings etc be fixed in the meantime? Moscow works with SU5 (what a wonderful airport btw!) so I assume KDCA can also be made to work with it again in terms of people and furnishings etc?

Best wishes,

Robert.

Let's wait these few days more for this coming new world update from Asobo and fixed SDK. Please also bear in mind that creating too many updates / new versions imply a different operational actions, so they must be optimized.

Yes, let's hope that fixes things. Have you heard from Asobo that it will?

The communication with Asobo is not so precise - we expect many different fixes and then we should be able to eventually implement our corrections (if needed). For sure we will not leave it as it is.

Hi Martin,

Unfortunately the WU6 today has not fixed the issues with KDCA, so will you now develop an update to make it compatible, as you did with Moscow?

Best wishes,

Robert.
