It definitely is, but I don't think this can be fixed in the near future - rather in a few months.

Good day.
In UUEE (FSX) scenario no lights PAPI in the winter (in the summer they have).
They were snowed? :D
Fix please. :)

more precisely, for 10 km they burn, and for example 2 km no

SODE error on start of P3D 2.5

Post by erikac »

Hey,

I bought Moscow Sheremetyevo for P3D today and now I can't even launch my P3D 2.5 simultor anymore. Because when I load up P3D it gives me an error message saying that Simobjects Display Engine stopped working. Then P3D tells me "P3D cannot find the aircraft for the requested flight. The default aircraft will now try to load" Then it tells me that I should reintall P3D.

"Prepar3D cannot find the default aircraft files. Please reinstall Prepar3D"

Any fix for this because I wanna fly, but now I got this error and I really look forward to your Moscow scenery. But can't as it crashes before P3D launched up after I double clicked the Prepar3D 2 shortcut in my start menu.

Thanks
Erik

Hello Erik.
It means that you are loading your sim using a default flight saved with an aircraft not presenting in your aircraft library any more. It has nothing to do with our product. I would reccomend you contacting the P3D support about that or simply searching for a solution on general discussion boards.

Hello DD Stanislaw,

Well, the problem is that SODE is not compatible with Prepar3D, because if it was it would work.

Well, this is the only way of getting a payware product, right?

This is the first time a customer is reporting a P3D crash after installing our UUEE product, although both our product and P3D v2.5 are available for quite a long time - so my logical guess is that the problem is related to your particular software setup, not the product itself. Otherwise it would happen to every customer using our UUEE airport under P3D v2.5 , which does not occur.

As for your description I am afraid I am not able to solve the problem, which does not seem to be a standard one.

Hello!

I'm relatively new to this forum, so I suppose I may not be posting this in the correct place, but I just wanted to say great job on the scenery; it looks lovely!

Though I do have one recommendation; would it be possible to see apron lights being visible from 6000'-ish for the next update? I was mostly hoping that could be done since most arrivals to Sheremetyevo seem to overfly the airport then turn onto downwind, and it would be pretty cool to get a visual like this:

Just a suggestion, nothing deal-breaking though; the scenery's wonderful!

Ground flickering

Post by Patrick Chaieb »

Hi

After I switched over to FSX several month ago, I installed the current version of UUEE.
If I depart out of UUEE, everything is fine. If I fly inbound from another Airport, the ground begins to flickering, just bevor touch down.

-I never had and do not have another Scenery for UUEE activated or installed.
-There is not a second AFCAD for UUEE (checked it wiht a tool).
-I use ORBX Global, Vector and Open LC and I used the Airport Elevation Correction from Vector.

Any suggestions? With this issue, I can not fly in to UUEE.

Hello Patrick.
As far as I remember there was a feature in the installer to add an additional flatten. Please try turning that on and off.

Hi Stan

Thank you very much. Seems as the problem is solved, if I enable this option during the installation. Looking now forward for your EPWA Scenery.

The B terminal has been demolished. Unfortunately you cannot remove just that terminal from our product but you can make it invisible (which is not a perfect solution but... it makes it invisible, which might work as a temporary solution). Here are the files:

UUEE Moscow Sheremetyevo 2015 - removal of B terminal
UUEE Moscow Sheremetyevo X - removal of B terminal

To install the fix simply put 2 texture files into the Texture folder of the product (overwrite older files).

SODE quick question

Post by phantomflyer »

Hello folks,

Firstly - I love all your work! UUEE (and all your other products) is amazing and is faultless in FSX.

I only have one question regarding the SODE key combination. I use SHIFT+MINUS to zoom out of my virtual cockpits and other views (over wings, etc). The small "problem" (inconvenience really) I have is that I would love to be able to change the SODE default key combination to something other than SHIFT+MINUS.

Can you tell me if and how I can edit it? You can be technical here as I am very computer literate.

Thanks in advance,

Bill
